These Terms do not apply to unaffiliated third-party sites this site may link to, including Skool itself, which maintains its own separate terms of service.
b) Restrictions on Use All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials — is the property of Pacific Biolúme Distribution Co., Inc. or its licensors (including Novatrail, Inc.) and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may access this content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, publish, display, transmit, resell, or otherwise exploit this content without our prior written consent.

The Regenerative Awakening community is hosted on a third-party platform (Skool). By joining, you agree to also abide by Skool's own terms of service and community guidelines. Content you post in the community — comments, questions, replies — may be visible to other members. Do not share anything you consider confidential.
We do not control or pre-screen all member content and are not responsible for statements made by other members. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to the community at our discretion, for any conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise disruptive to the community.
a) What You're Purchasing Access to The Regenerative Awakening is a one-time seat fee granting entry to the 6-day educational series, ongoing community access, and monthly live Office Hours, as described on this site at the time of your purchase.
b) Payment Payment is processed through Skool's payment system. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.
c) Refund Policy All purchases are final. Because this is a digital educational offering with immediate access upon payment, we do not offer refunds except where required by law, or where we expressly state otherwise in writing.
d) VIP Upgrade and Partner Inquiries Any optional VIP upgrade is a separate purchase within the Skool community, subject to the same refund policy above. Partner and provider inquiries submitted through our application form do not constitute a purchase and are not subject to this section — they are the beginning of a separate business conversation, not a transaction.
e) No Resale You may not resell, redistribute, or share your access credentials or any course content with others. Access is for your personal use only.
